Xavier University Online College Scholarship Exam for Incoming Freshmen for SY 2023-2024

NOTE: The result of this exam can also be used to apply for admission in the University.

Who is eligible to take this exam?

> Graduating Grade 12 students who are Incoming Freshmen
> Non-XU students

Registration Process:

1. Pay the amount of 170 php as testing fee through two options:

a. For bank payment, you may pay over the counter or through online fund transfer via this account:

b. Pay at the XU Main Campus Finance Office during business hours, Mondays to Fridays (dress code and protocols need to be observed for campus access. This may change depending on the IATF guidelines and/or University Finance Office Advisory).

* The testing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Prepare the following:

a. Scanned copy of deposit slip or proof of payment (please write your complete name on the receipt) or official receipt from the XU Finance Office;

b. Scanned copy of a recent photo (with white background);c. Scanned copy of a valid school ID (front and back) or scanned copy of a Certificate of Enrolment from the School Principal with student’s photo

3. Fill out the registration form through this link http://forms.gle/uvXqnLaMUX9DfkaA7

            Please take note that after you have successfully uploaded your Proof of Payment and other documents and have submitted your Registration Form, XU Finance Office will verify and process your payment within 2-3 working days. Please ensure also that your complete name is indicated in the receipt. NO INDICATED COMPLETE NAME ON THE RECEIPT, NO PROCESSING/CLEARING OF PAYMENT

4. Once your registration application has been approved, wait for an email from the Testing Office containing your Permit-to-Exam (processing may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays).
