Open for Enrollment: Certificate in Organization Development

The People Management Association of the Philippines – Asian Institute of Human Resource Management, in collaboration with Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan are pleased to announce that PMAP’s flagship educational program: Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) is now open for enrollment.

This program is for HR Practitioners, People Managers and Supervisors. Its completion may facilitate the conferment of the professional title, Associate Fellow in People Management (AFPM).

This comprehensive and all-inclusive program on human resources management consists of five (5) certificate programs in:

Human Resource Development
Human Resource Planning and Acquisition
Compensation Management
Labor Relations
Organization Development

This formal educational program is conducted at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan (Xavier Ateneo). Each course will earn a credit of 3 units (should you enroll in a related graduate program) and will run for eight (8) Saturdays (see schedule below).

Eight (8) People Managers successfully finished the Certificate Course in Human Resource Development (CHRD) under the DHRM Program of Xavier Ateneo last September 11, 2021.

The course culminated with a 2-hour special learning session on "Strategic Talent Management and Development", passionately shared by a guest speaker from Manila, Past President, Schubert Caesar "Bong" C. Austero, DPM, 2011 PMAP National President.
